Who Is Covered

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of new FITMAX equipment, and is valid only when the product is purchased directly from FITMAX or an authorized dealer. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, documented use. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to residential or intended light-commercial use as stated on the product page.

Coverage by Component

Warranty coverage is measured from the original delivery date and varies by component:

  • Frame & structural welds — lifetime
  • Mechanical parts (guide rods, pulleys, weight stacks, bearings, adjustment pins) — 2 years
  • Electronics & controllers (consoles, motors, sensors, power cords) — 1 year
  • Wear items (upholstery, grips, cables, coatings, mats) — 90 days

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or fading of finishes and upholstery;
  • Damage from improper assembly, failure to follow the assembly or safety documentation, or use of incorrect or substitute parts or hardware;
  • Overloading beyond a stated maximum user weight or load rating, or using equipment for a purpose it was not designed for;
  • Commercial, rental, or high-traffic use beyond the rating stated on the product page;
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, unauthorized modification or repair, or failure to inspect and maintain the equipment;
  • Outdoor exposure, moisture damage, or environmental factors not covered by the product’s intended-use rating.

How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the defect:

We will review your claim and may request additional information. Please do not return or dispose of any part before we authorize the claim.

Our Remedy

If a claim is approved, FITMAX will, at its option, repair or replace the defective component, or provide a refund or credit for the affected part. Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent. Labor and freight for warranty service are covered only as set out in the authorized claim.

Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is the exclusive warranty for FITMAX products and is in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. FITMAX’s liability is limited as described in our Terms of Use. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
