Third-Party Financing

Where offered, financing for FITMAX purchases is provided by third-party financing partners, not by FITMAX INC. FITMAX is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. The financing offer, terms, rates, and approval are determined entirely by the financing provider.

Eligibility & Credit Approval

Financing is subject to credit approval by the provider, which may require a credit check and identity verification. Not all applicants will be approved, and approved terms — including the amount, term length, interest rate, and any promotional period — may vary based on the applicant’s creditworthiness.

Rates, Fees & Promotions

Interest rates, fees, and promotional offers (such as deferred-interest or equal-payment plans) are set by the financing provider and are disclosed at checkout or in your financing agreement. Promotional terms are subject to the provider’s conditions, including any requirement to pay in full within the promotional period to avoid accrued interest. FITMAX does not set or control these terms.

Orders, Returns & Refunds on Financed Purchases

Financed orders are still subject to our Returns & Cancellations and Shipping & Delivery policies. If a financed order is cancelled or refunded, the refund is applied according to the financing provider’s policies, and any credit may take additional time to post to your account. Any remaining financing obligation is between you and the provider.

Your Financing Agreement

By completing a financed purchase you agree to the financing provider’s own terms and conditions, which are separate from FITMAX’s Terms of Use. Please review the provider’s agreement carefully before accepting. Questions about your account, payments, or balance should be directed to the provider.
