Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Eligible U.S. destinations can complete checkout online directly from the product page. If your destination is outside the U.S., or you need a configuration that is not available online, use our quote request form and we will confirm availability and pricing for your location.

What payment methods are accepted?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout, and only those listed there can be used for a given order. Financing and HSA/FSA options, where available, are described on our Financing Terms page.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Contact us as early as possible. Once an order has entered dispatch or freight scheduling, changes may no longer be possible, and cancellation terms are set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Do you sell to businesses, gyms, and commercial facilities?

Yes. Commercial and multi-unit projects are handled through our commercial request form so that delivery, access, and installation can be planned properly.

Shipping & Delivery

How is large equipment delivered?

Large items are typically shipped by freight carrier and are delivered to a curbside or driveway location, often on a pallet. Smaller items ship by parcel carrier. The method that applies to your order is shown at checkout — see Shipping & Delivery for the full description.

How long does delivery take?

Processing and transit times depend on the item and the destination. Current commitments are set out in Shipping & Delivery so that the wording you read is always the current one.

Do you ship internationally?

Online checkout is available for eligible U.S. destinations. For other destinations, submit an international quote request and we will confirm what is possible.

What should I do before the delivery arrives?

Measure your access route — the narrowest doorway, any stairs or tight turns, and the space where the unit will sit. Freight deliveries are made to the curb, so plan how the unit gets from the curb to its final position.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect the shipment before signing where possible, note any visible damage, and contact us promptly with photographs. Claim windows and the exact process are described in Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges.

Assembly & Installation

Does the equipment arrive assembled?

Large strength equipment ships in crates or on pallets and requires assembly. Assembly requirements, including whether any steps need more than one person, are included with the product documentation.

Is professional assembly available?

Professional assembly is offered as an optional third-party service in supported areas. Availability, timing, and pricing vary by location and by configuration — ask us and we will confirm what is available for your ZIP code.

What tools will I need?

Most assemblies need standard hand tools and, for larger frames, at least two people. Check the assembly documentation for your specific unit before scheduling the work.

Does the equipment need to be anchored?

Tall frames and racks should be anchored to the floor or wall. This is a safety requirement, not a preference — a heavy bar swinging inside an unanchored frame can tip it.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

The windows, conditions, and any fees that apply are set out in full in Returns & Exchanges. Because that page carries the authoritative wording, we do not restate the terms here.

What does the warranty cover?

Coverage differs by component and by use (residential versus commercial). The current terms are set out in Warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?

The claim process, the information we need, and what is excluded are described in Warranty. Contact us with your order details and photographs of the issue to start a claim.

Can I get replacement parts?

Yes — consumable and replacement parts are available for supported units. Contact support with your order number and the specific part so we can identify it correctly.

Product & Setup

How much ceiling height do I need?

It depends on the unit and on the movement you intend to perform inside it. Measure at the lowest point of your ceiling — beams, ducts, and door tracks all count. If you send us your height and the movements you want, we will confirm whether a configuration fits.

What floor space should I allow?

Allow for the unit’s own footprint, plus working space on the sides you will load from and the space you need to get out from under a bar. Our Buying Guides page walks through how to measure this properly.

Can I expand the equipment later?

It depends on the frame. Some units accept additional stations, attachments, or storage; others are fixed at the design they ship with. Ask before ordering if expansion matters to you.

Do I need weights as well as the machine?

Selectorized (pin-loaded) machines include their weight stack. Plate-loaded machines and racks require you to supply plates and, for barbell work, a bar. Budget for the loading system together with the frame.

Where can I find training guidance?

Our Training & Exercises page covers movement patterns, program structure, and how to train safely when you are working out alone.

Support

How do I contact FITMAX?

Email info@fitmax.com, call +1 (805) 383-6266, or use the form on our Contact page. Our address is 1511 S Vineyard Ave, Ontario, CA 91761.

What information should I include in a support request?

Your order number, the product name, a clear description of the issue, and photographs or video where relevant. For missing or damaged parts, include a photo of the part and its label if there is one.

I am outside the United States. Who should I contact?

Use the international quote request form. It reaches the team that handles export orders and will get you a proper answer about availability and delivery.

Still have a question? Send it over — we would rather answer it before you order than after.
